Discover one of the best views in Mauritius at the summit of Lion Mountain, located along the southeast coast. Standing 490 metres above sea level, the mountain is named after the shape of a sitting lion that the ridge of the mountain depicts. It provides a beautiful hike, consisting of native fauna and incredible views. Meet your guide at the foot of the mountain and start the 5km hike to reach the magnificent views that await you at the summit. Take the opportunity to also visit the Frederick Hendrick Museum located in Grand Port after the hike. Local snacks will be provided.
